Electronic Arts was recently awarded the title of Worst Company in America for 2012 by Consumerist. This was according to a poll of 250,000 (online) respondents. One reason cited was EA’s attitude about its product life cycle: “Ah, we’ll fix it later and make some money for doing so.” Maybe good business (and development) practices still go a long way in the consumer space.
