The Linker and his colleagues completed their move to fancier new digs this week, but the punch list grows as they find more things unfinished or completed incorrectly. Today, no phone service or server connectivity. A smart switch went down, causing a joint single-point failure error—basically causing the whole thing to crash and burn.
