Today, The Linker is agitated. He saw in his snail-mail a letter from the county’s Red Light Safety Program, which when opened revealed a cheesy photo (doctored, he suspects) of The Link-Mobile apparently running a red light. It was not a “blown” red light; The Linker merely made a legal right turn on red.
