5x Technology, a growing IT solutions provider, an SAP channel partner and SAP BusinessObjects volume reseller, today announced that it is also now an SAP authorized education partner. 5x Technology, which has been providing government and commercial clients with top-rated services and solutions for their ever-growing business intelligence (BI) needs for over 12 years, will now offer training on SAP BusinessObjects solutions. 5x Technology can now resell courses and products on SAP Education offerings, as well as offer onsite customer training on the SAP BusinessObjects portfolio.

Courses will be taught by a roster of 5x Technology instructors, who are also SAP-certified authorized instructors. The training team will bring to students not only the highest-quality SAP-certified course material, but knowledge gained from real-world professional experience in business intelligence and information technology, where they’ve specialized in utilizing the SAP BusinessObjects portfolio as the technology platform of choice. As an SAP authorized education partner, 5x Technology will be able to offer its customers a fuller, richer solution. By leveraging the high-quality SAP curriculum and instructor certification program, 5x Technology will continue to be a trusted advisor and full solution provider to its customers.

The 5x Technology training program will be managed by Jim Freeman, an SAP-certified trainer with over 18 years of professional business intelligence and IT experience, including application development and decision support involving reporting, data analysis and programming. He has supported deployments of SAP BusinessObjects solutions at large Fortune 500 and government organizations, as well as in the small and midsize enterprise sector.

Jim has been dedicated full time to BI since 2004, and is authorized to teach courses in SAP BusinessObjects solutions, including SAP Crystal Reports, SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence and SAP BusinessObjects Desktop Intelligence software.

“I’m a pretty big fan of the SAP BusinessObjects solution portfolio and what it can do for an enterprise when deployed and developed well,” said Jim Freeman. “The ability of a team to take advantage of these technologies lies in the team’s skills with the tools and techniques involved, and in understanding the concepts behind them. High-quality training provides the groundwork for developing both the necessary skills and the knowledge, and can make the critical difference in a BI project.”
