Devart has released the latest version of dbForge Studio for MySQL and new versions of three standalone tools for MySQL and MariaDB servers.
The new release of dbForge Studio for MySQL, v. 6.1, the universal MySQL and MariaDB GUI tool for database management, administration and development, contains improvements and new features, such as support for the latest versions of MySQL and support for MariaDB.
New features include:
• Database connectivity support expanded to MySQL 5.6, MySQL 5.7, MariaDB 5.5 and MariaDB 10.0
• MariaDB Virtual Columns support in Data Export/Import wizards and Data/Schema Comparison tools
• Microseconds support for TIME, DATETIME and TIMESTAMP data types: Data Editor, Data Export/Import wizards, Data Comparison tool
• Extend support of pluggable authentication modules for MySQL servers
