SOASTA, the leader in cloud and mobile testing, today announced the acquisition of LogNormal, the leading performance measurement company delivering real user measurement and monitoring for mobile and web applications. The acquisition extends SOASTA’s CloudTest platform to deliver actionable intelligence for both marketing and operations executives on real user behavior.
LogNormal is the leading Real User Measurement (RUM) company co-founded by industry veterans Buddy Brewer and Philip Tellis. Tellis and Brewer are best known in the performance industry for their creation and contributions to Boomerang, the leading open source RUM solution on the market today. The team has over 20 years experience in performance measurement helping the world’s largest web sites deliver high performance web and mobile applications.
