Microsoft SharePoint administration and migration software supplier Axceler yesterday announced that it more than doubled its year-on-year revenues, claiming growth of 145%.
Axceler added such customers as Bristol-Myers Squibb, Harvard Business School, Krispy Kreme and Texas Instruments as demand for the company’s ControlPoint administration product grew, the company said in a news release about its finances.
“Enterprises are increasingly investing in SharePoint as a strategic platform, regardless of industry, and SharePoint managers need better ways to control this growing platform,” said Michael Alden, Axceler’s president and CEO. “Customers are looking for products that simplify, optimize and secure their SharePoint deployments as they expand within their enterprises.”
The company attributed its growth to the acquisition of echo Technology and its migration software, as well as the launch of Davinci Migrator for SharePoint 2010.
