AccuRev, a leading provider of application lifecycle software solutions, announces the availability of a plug-in for the Jenkins open source continuous integration tool.  With the AccuRev Plug-In for Jenkins, software developers can leverage both AccuRev’s Streams technology and Jenkins’ build tools, enhancing continuous integration automation strategies, expanding pipeline capabilities and streamlining the software development process.
 
The new plug-in integrates with AccuRev 5.7 and 6.x versions and includes the following enhancements and benefits:
· Simplifies the user interface for configuring server settings for the plug-in
· Expands connectivity options to the AccuRev server by using port and host settings
· Provides in-line help for server, depot and stream options
· Identifies timeouts and ensures logins are established prior to running AccuRev commands
· Supplies users with a list of depots populated during jobconfiguration
· Operates plug-ins using reference tree structures
· Displays directory listings when populating build structures
