QASymphony, the leader in software testing for agile enterprise, announced updates to its product suite today that accelerates its leadership position in the agile testing and data visualization market. The release includes updates to the company’s popular test case management tool, qTest, and exploratory testing tool, eXplorer.
“As an agile company, we are constantly iterating and looking for ways to improve our product,” explained Kyle Cochran, VP of Product at QASymphony. “This release is a prime example of our dedication to both constant innovation and delivering on our customer’s needs.” This release includes improved test automation, enhanced reporting and analytics, and enhanced integration with application lifecycle management (ALM) systems like JIRA, Rally, and VersionOne.
“We are very excited about this new release and our future with QASymphony,” said Dave Ryan, Head of Global Quality Engineering of Mobiquity Inc. “They continually keep their release schedule promises and incorporate our feedback into the product roadmap. I appreciate their drive to stay on the cutting edge of testing technology. Their enhancements continue to improve how we test a variety of software — especially mobile applications — and have helped our team become more agile.”
Today also marks the beginning of the official beta for QASymphony’s new software development visualization tool, qMap. While qTest and eXplorer have been built for day-to-day software testing activities, qMap extends the full-featured capturing of qTest into the hands of the higher level department leaders and executives — anyone that needs to see the progress of testing efforts as they relate to product delivery.
“Before qMap, there was no way for product owners, project managers, and others that needed to see summary level information about the health of the project to visualize the data in a simple way,” said Dave Keil, CEO of QASymphony. “qMap brings that capability to market and we believe it will be a transformational release for our company.”
Starting today, customers of QASymphony can access qMap’s beta to experience this revolutionary visualization and reporting tool, as well as enjoy the benefits of the updates to their qTest and eXplorer testing tools.
