SharePoint consulting firm eMark Consulting announced today it is merging its operations with Toronto-based Concatenate, maker of an asset management/ERP system built on SharePoint 2010.
“We have been working with Concatenate since earlier this year, and the synergies between us make this a fantastic opportunity for everyone involved,” said Eric Riz, founder of eMark.
With the merger, Concatenate will pick up eMark’s systems integration practice, which Riz will continue to lead. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
