The Linker found himself “Home Alone” this week after Mrs. Linker took the Li’l Linker off to Paradise—Island, that is, for a respite from the <sarcasm> brutal winter </sarcasm> we’ve experienced here in the Northeast. But the little one can’t contain her excitement, and for that, Daddy Linker is grateful! Besides, holding down the fort single-handedly isn’t so bad. The Linker can eat what he wants, leave TVs blaring in every room, and start a new collection of dirty dishes and clothes to greet the missus when she returns all tanned and rested.
