There still aren’t any specific details about Project Titan, but The Guardian reported that it is almost finished, and Apple is already looking for a space to test it.

Correspondence obtained by The Guardian revealed Apple had plans to visit the GoMentum Station, an old naval weapons station where companies like Mercedes-Benz and Honda have tested their self-driving vehicles.
“We had to sign a non-disclosure agreement with Apple,” Randy Iwasaki, owner of GoMentum Station, told The Guardian. “We can’t tell you anything other than they’ve come in and they’re interested.”
