Man, it’s been cold! So, after many years, The Linker broke out his old hockey skates and took The Little Linker out on the ice. The big guy was slow at first, and tentative, and was doing fine until the effort to maintain balance became so great that The Linker’s back started to flare up. So, it was off with the skates, to be returned to the closet from whence they were retrieved, not to again be taken out for—most likely—many more years.
