So, Sunday’s THE BIG GAME, and The Linker again would like to lead the push to make “Super Bowl MONDAY” a national holiday. And why not? While the Super Bowl has not had as much of an impact on American life as, say, the 1776 Revolution, Christopher Columbus’ voyage or the Martin Luther King-led Civil Rights movement, it certainly has meant more than the mere act of flipping a calendar from December to January—for which we get a day off from work!! If the event is important enough to denote in Roman numerals, that’s good enough for The Linker! See you Tuesday!
