Bringing together software-as-a-service with hosted Microsoft SharePoint, Bamboo Solutions last week launched BambooCRM, a cloud-based tool for managing sales, accounts and customer relationships.

BambooCRM can be quickly deployed across any organization, due to its multi-tenant architecture that enables effective scaling, according to the company, which is focusing at first on the small and medium-sized business market.

“In today’s business world, collaboration is key and BambooCRM ties CRM and customer support together unlike any other vendor,” said Marc O’Brien, general manager of Bamboo Solutions, Cloud Applications Division, in a statement. “Because teams can see all the touch points for every account, transparency is a reality.”

BambooCRM is priced at US$29.99 per month, with licenses available for 3-month, 6-month or annual time periods, and is billed quarterly.
