Scribe, the leader in CRM data integration solutions, announced the launch of the Scribe SPARK Solution Developer Program for SaaS providers, channel partners, systems integrators, and other business technology consultants. Solution providers who need to offer CRM integration and connectivity to other business applications now have an easy way to satisfy their customer integration requirements via Scribe Online, a cloud-based integration platform built specifically for partners. The SPARK Solution Developer Program is designed to help solution providers quickly build data integration capabilities between their solutions and CRM, as well as any other application or endpoint on Scribe Online.
“CRM is no longer just a contact management system; it’s a critical revenue enabler for the business. Companies that integrate customer data from all areas of the business benefit with increased sales and satisfied customers,” said Roger Hodskins, vice president of strategic alliances at Scribe. “ISVs and solution providers who provide integration to CRM not only increase the value of their solutions and CRM, but also greatly enhance the ability of the customer to maximize sales. The SPARK program gives partners and ISVs a simple way to provide and distribute integration capabilities with their solution offerings.“
SaaS ISVs Join Scribe SPARK Solution Developer Program
Customers want best-of-breed applications that complement their CRM systems, and they want to connect these applications without expensive, custom integration projects. SaaS ISVs who offer integration to more than one CRM vendor can extend their presence in multiple CRM markets. As customers expand the scope of CRM in their businesses, integration can readily incorporate the SaaS ISVs’ offerings with meaningful connections both to CRM and to other complementary applications, increasing the overall value and stickiness of the ISVs’ offerings.
Among the first Scribe partners to participate in the Scribe SPARK Solution Developer Program are SaaS ISVs Aplicor, a global provider of a cloud-based business management solutions suite; GoodData, a leading provider of on-demand business intelligence; Metanga, the multi-tenant, cloud-based service of MetraTech, a leading provider of agreements-based billing and compensation software; and Xactly, a leader in on-demand incentive compensation and sales performance management.
“The Scribe Online CDK was very easy to use; we built our connector in two weeks,” said Zdenek Svoboda, vice president, platform at GoodData. “Scribe Online lets our joint customers efficiently synchronize information between popular business applications and GoodData’s cloud business intelligence platform for advanced analytics and ad-hoc reporting.”
“We’re using Scribe Online to build connectors from our market-leading incentive compensation management software suite to our customers’ existing CRM and ERP systems,” said Desta Buchowski, vice president of product management at Xactly. “Using Scribe’s self-service integration, we can very rapidly deliver a new, higher level of value to our customers.”
