That tap-tapping you might be hearing is the sound of SharePoint experts hard at work writing new books on the software or updating older tomes with information on 2010. (Many also happen to be speakers at the upcoming SPTechCon, so we don’t mind giving them a shout out!)
At the recently concluded Microsoft TechEd conference in New Orleans, Todd Klindt, Shane Young and Steve Caravajal introduced their new book, “Professional SharePoint 2010 Administration,” which I’m told was a hit in the conference bookstore.
Also, Robert Bogue is updating his definitive work, “The SharePoint Shepherd’s Guide for End Users,” which is due to be completed at the end of this month.
Finally, Andrew Connell, Scot Hillier and Ted Pattison are offering a sneak peek of their new work, “Inside Microsoft SharePoint 2010.” Great information in all of them, and they all should be on your summer reading list!
Have YOU read any good books lately that you’d recommend to other SharePoint users? Drop me a line at drubinstein@bzmedia so I can share the titles!
