Content editor and publisher Doc-To-Help 2010 v3 now integrates with SharePoint, enabling users to upload documents and create desktop, print or Web output.
Users can upload documents to a SharePoint document library and use Doc-To-Help’s interface to edit content, check files in and out, and publish deliverables, said the company. Users can also download existing documents from a library.
Since the documents are stored in SharePoint, users can still access its content management features such as version control, workflows and translation management.
According to ComponentOne, which makes the software, Doc-To-Help works with all versions of SharePoint 2007 and 2010.
